Description

Wondering how to integrate Computational thinking, and Designing and Developing digital outcomes into your day to day teaching for Years 1 - 10? Look no further.

This webinar will guide you through the four Rauemi Pīkau. These are comprehensive resources showing how an authentic context, such as looking after a local waterway or reducing waste, can be used to integrate digital technologies opportunities into your classroom teaching.

This meetup will be delivered in English however the content will be really beneficial to kura Māori also. We invite all Māori Medium kaiako to attend as the skills and knowledge covered in these sessions are relevant to Māori Medium contexts.

This virtual meetup is aligned to the Ministry of Education’s digital technologies implementation support tool and starts at being '2020 ready'. It supports you to continue to get into the detail of the curriculum content, grow your own understanding ,and l'eading and innovating', by supporting you to feel confident with an Ako style of teaching and learning.
