Description

There is so much to know about digital technology, where on earth am I supposed to put my time and efforts? Who has time to retrain? Want to dive in? Need a little push?

Nau mai, haere mai! This 30 minute webinar is about sharing some simple ideas from someone whose been in the ‘to train or not to train’ shoes. These ideas will look at some of the different ways we have remixed and played around with digital tools to suit different content and levelled up to reflect our students. Take away an activity challenge from the session to try out with your students during the week and then come to one of the meetups on Friday 18th to share your outcomes, successful or otherwise.

  • Part 1 - Monday 7th September, 3.30 - 4.30pm
  • Part 2 - Friday 11th September, 1.00 - 1.30pm
  • Part 2 REPEAT - Friday 11th September, 3.30 - 4.00pm

There will be time at the end of the webinar for questions and discussion.

This virtual meetup is aligned to the Ministry of Education’s digital technologies implementation support tool and starts at 'now underway'. It supports you to unpack the detail, get organised for change, through being '2020 ready', to 'leading and innovating', by supporting you to feel confident with an Ako style of teaching and learning.
